Terms of Service / ข้อกำหนดการใช้บริการ

1. The service

Luna Inbox lets a business connect its Facebook Page and LINE Official Account, read and reply to customer messages in one place, and use automatic and AI-assisted replies.

2. Who may use it

Only staff authorized by the business may log in. Account holders must keep their passwords secret and are responsible for activity under their account.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the service only to reply to people who contacted the business, and follow the policies of Meta and LINE.
• Do not send spam, unlawful content, or messages to people who did not contact the business.
• Handle customer data in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and our Privacy Policy.

4. Automatic and AI replies

Automatic replies may contain mistakes. The business is responsible for checking important information (prices, dates, appointments) and for the replies sent from its accounts.

5. Availability

We try to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Features depend on Meta and LINE platforms and may change if those platforms change.

6. Suspension

We may suspend access that breaks these terms or platform policies.

7. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Luna Inbox is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service.
