1. Who we are

Luna Inbox is a chat inbox tool used by businesses (such as driving schools) to receive and reply to messages that customers send to their Facebook Page and LINE Official Account. Contact: earthzaprp@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

• Messages, images and files that a person sends to a connected Facebook Page or LINE Official Account, and the replies sent by the business.
• Basic profile information provided by the platform: name, profile picture and the platform user ID (Page-scoped ID / LINE user ID).
• Information the person chooses to share in the chat, such as phone number or details needed to book a course.
• Account information of business staff who log in to Luna Inbox (name, email, login records).

3. How we use information

• To show conversations to the business's staff so they can reply.
• To send automatic replies (chatbot) on behalf of the business, including AI-assisted replies.
• To organize chats (tags, teams, status) and send notifications to staff.
• To keep the service secure and fix problems.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

4. Sharing

Information is shared only with service providers needed to run Luna Inbox: Meta (Facebook Messenger), LINE, Supabase (database and hosting), Cloudflare (website hosting) and Anthropic (AI replies). Each provider processes data only to provide its service. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Retention

Conversations are kept for up to 12 months after the last message, then deleted. A person may ask for earlier deletion (see section 7).

6. Security

Data is stored in access-controlled databases. Only authorized staff of the business can see its conversations. Connections use encryption (HTTPS).

7. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing earthzaprp@gmail.com. Deletion instructions: /data-deletion. We respond within 30 days.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
