How to request deletion

If you sent messages to a Facebook Page or LINE Official Account that uses Luna Inbox, you can ask us to delete your conversation and profile data:

1. Email earthzaprp@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Include: the name shown on your Facebook or LINE account, which Page or LINE account you messaged, and roughly when.
3. We may reply to confirm the request comes from you.

What is deleted

• Your conversation history (messages, images, files) stored in Luna Inbox.
• Your name, profile picture and platform user ID stored in Luna Inbox.
• Tags and notes linked to your conversation.

Copies kept by Facebook or LINE in their own apps are controlled by those platforms. To remove them, use the delete options in Messenger or LINE.

Automatic deletion

Even without a request, conversations are deleted 12 months after the last message. See our Privacy Policy.
